I reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any given time on this website. We all have to live our lives by our own terms and conditions, you know? Sometimes life changes and we need to modify those terms and conditions, so I need to be able to change mine on this website.

Even though I work very hard to provide you with up-to-date information (mostly through  my own experiences, but also through research and interviewing smarter people), I make no representations or warranties of any kind (expressed or implied) about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information, products, services or related graphics contained on this site for any purpose.

Especially when it comes to current prices, addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, travel information and website addresses, I advice you to double check. I aim to provide you with accurate information at the time of publishing, but some information will understandably be less accurate as time passes.

Reserve Rights

I, Mella Barnes from Mella’s Songwriting Blog, reserve the right to change the focus of the blog, to shut it down, sell it, change the terms of use (go to a paid platform) at my own discretion.

I also reserve the rights to edit or delete any comments submitted to mellasongwriting.wordpress.com without notice due to: comments deemed to be spam or questionable spam, comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive, comments that attack a group or person individually, or comments that have nothing to do with the post in question. For example, if I write a post about music theory and you start talking about religion or politics, I will remove it. There are plenty of religious or political blogs to comment on, so let’s keep things where they should be, cool? Cool.

Advertisers and Sponsors

I am not responsible for the actions of my advertisers or sponsors. If you purchase a product or service based upon a link from my website, you must take action with that company to resolve any issues, not Mella’s Songwriting Blog.

Any product, claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. Just because I like a product or service doesn’t mean you will too!

To help the website expand and to cover costs of running the site, some advertising and affiliate links may run on my website. Affiliate links earn me a small commission on any purchases made when clicking on one of these links. I will do my absolute best to only provide you with information about (music) products that I truly believe in. I will never take your trust for granted. All reviews on my website will be presented honestly and I will disclose whether I will be receiving any commissions or products for free.
